This policy explains what Kitchener Exterminator collects when you ask for pest control help in Kitchener, what happens to it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

Whatever you choose to send us. For a pest control request that is usually your name, phone, email and the address, what you are seeing and where, how long it has been going on, whether children or pets are in the home, and any photos. Calls to this site's number are logged with the calling number and time, and voicemails are recorded and transcribed.

Why we collect it

We use it for one thing: getting your job in front of the one pest control technician who handles Kitchener requests for this site. It is not sold, rented, shared with other trades, or added to a mailing list.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad pixels. Standard server logs are kept by the host for uptime and abuse prevention, and nothing more.

Keeping and deleting

As long as it takes to handle the request, plus a reasonable period for follow-up and our records. Voicemail recordings are purged on a rolling schedule.

Access, correction and deletion
